1. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient use of time.
2. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and handle or delegate them appropriately.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
4. Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects, presentations, and reports.
5. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, attending meetings to take minutes, and following up on action items.
6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations and support the achievement of organizational goals.
8. Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, providing administrative support and contributing to their successful completion.
Manage expenses, invoices, and other financial matters related to the CEO's office, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
