Objective:
To support business growth by generating quality leads, engaging with prospective clients, and coordinating pre-sales activities for the Freight Forwarding Industry while ensuring effective communication and customer relationship management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting.
- Generate and identify potential leads specific to the Freight Forwarding & Logistics Industry.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Maintain and update lead databases regularly.
- Perform outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospects.
Client Interaction:
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Coordinate product demonstrations and meetings with the sales team
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients
- Handle initial customer queries and provide basic product information
Sales Coordination:
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign activities
- Track lead status and maintain CRM updates
- Prepare reports related to lead generation and client engagement
- Support proposal preparation and presentation coordination
Market Research:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Good analytical and research skills
- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding or Logistics Industry is an added advantage
- Experience in lead generation or pre-sales activities preferred
- MS Office and email communication proficiency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
