Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Floor Manager.
- Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth showroom functioning
- Lead, supervise, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer escalations effectively
- Monitor product display, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for seamless operations
- Track sales performance and maintain daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in retail (textile industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage high customer flow efficiently
