1. Operational Strategy & Efficiency
- Workflow Optimization: Streamlining patient flow from admission to discharge to reduce wait times and improve bed turnover.
- Departmental Coordination: Acting as the bridge between various departments (Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, Lab, and Maintenance) to ensure synchronized services.
- Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards and regulatory compliance.
2. Financial Management
- Budgeting: Overseeing departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures, and identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising care.
- Revenue Cycle Support: Collaborating with billing and insurance departments to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.
- Supply Chain Oversight: Managing the procurement of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring the facility is always well-stocked yet cost-effective.
3. Infrastructure Maintenance: Overseeing the upkeep of the physical building, including biomedical waste management, security, and housekeeping.
4. Human Resources & Leadership
