Key Responsibilities :-
1. Site Execution & Management
● Execute construction activities as per architectural and structural drawings.
● Oversee day-to-day site operations, including labour management and material handling.
● MEP & Interiors: Coordinate Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC layouts to avoid clashes with high-end interior finishes (false ceilings, flooring, joinery
2. Billing, Measurements & Reconciliation (Crucial)
● Measurement Book (MB): Record joint measurements (JMB) with contractors daily for all Civil and Iterior works.
● Bill Checkinng: Scrutinise and certify Contractor RA Bills and Final Bills against the Work Order and actual site measurements.
● Reconciliation: Prepare material reconciliation reports (Theoretical vs. Actual consumption) for Cement, Steel, Tiles, and expensive interior materials to prevent wastage/pilferage.
3. Quality Control and Reporting
● Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and workmanship.
● Ensure all work follows the IS Codes and safety standards.
● Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports (WPR).
Required Skills :-
● Core Competency: Strong grip on Quantity Surveying , MB writing, and reading complex cross-section drawings.
● Technical Knowledge: Full cycle knowledge from Excavation to Handover (Finishing).
● Software: AutoCAD (2D), MS Excel (Advanced formulas for billing) .
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
