We are looking for an experienced and passionate Advanced Professional Trainer cum Language Trainer to join our team and help learners enhance both their professional competencies and English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on professional skills, workplace readiness, and business communication.
- Conduct English language training covering speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Develop and customize lesson plans, training materials, and assessments based on learner needs.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, presentation skills, and personality development sessions.
- Train learners in corporate etiquette, interpersonal communication, customer service, and workplace professionalism.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.
- Stay updated with current training methodologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in language training, corporate training, or professional skills development.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online training platforms is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Corporate training or soft skills certification.
- Experience in employability or placement training.
- Knowledge of interview preparation techniques and career guidance.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
