As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring design students—understanding their goals, advising them on the right courses, and helping them begin their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students & parents on design programs and career opportunities
* Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, digital inquiries)
* Convert enquiries into enrollments through effective counselling
* Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads through the decision journey
* Coordinate with the internal team for seamless onboarding
Who We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in counselling / admissions / sales (preferred)
* Passion for education, creativity, and the design industry
* Target-driven, confident, and empathetic approach
* Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
