Annai Group of Institutions invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic Chartered Accountants to lead and strengthen the Finance & Accounts functions across the Group's educational institutions.
Position:
Chartered Accountant / Head – Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Overall supervision and management of Finance & Accounts functions across all Group Institutions.
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements, Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control management.
- Ensuring compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordination and management of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and other financial audits.
- Monitoring institutional revenue, fee collections, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Developing and implementing strong internal financial controls and standardized accounting procedures.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS and financial reports for the Chairman and Management.
- Liaison with Banks, Auditors, Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants, and Government Authorities.
- Financial analysis and strategic support for institutional expansion and management decision-making.
- Leading and guiding Accounts & Finance teams across multiple institutions.
Eligibility
Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Educational Institutions / Trusts / Societies / Multi-unit Organizations will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in handling multiple entities and large-scale financial operations will have an added advantage.
