Job Summary
We are looking for confident and energetic Telecallers to generate leads for our products through outbound calls and cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products, understanding customer requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and cold calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English is preferred.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to handle rejection and work towards targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
