Senior J2EE Developer
We are seeking a Senior J2EE Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise databases including MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing robust enterprise solutions, guiding development teams, handling complex technical backlogs, and providing high-level customer support.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using J2EE technologies including Spring Boot.
Design and document technical solutions for complex business requirements across multiple products and projects.
Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to design and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
Analyze and resolve complex backlog items, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support, including root cause analysis and resolution for critical customer-reported issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to provide detailed technical notes and solutions.
Conduct product/project demos showcasing features and improvements in new versions/releases.
Required Skills & Qualification
Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
Proficiency in MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle databases, including advanced query and performance tuning skills
Excellent understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
Experience working with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
