Required Skills
2+ years of experience in International Voice Process.
Experience in patient scheduling, healthcare BPO, or medical support is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
Good multitasking and data entry skills.
Qualifications
Any Graduate.
Healthcare BPO / Medical Scheduling experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of US healthcare processes.
Experience with insurance verification and appointment management.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
