# JOB DESCRIPTION – VIDEO EDITOR / GRAPHIC DESIGNER TRAINER

## 1. POSITION SUMMARY
HRIM Studios Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced **Video Editor / Graphic Designer Trainer** to join the Academic / Training Team.
The candidate will be responsible for training students in professional video editing and graphic designing, conducting practical sessions, preparing course content, and helping students develop industry-ready creative and technical skills.
## 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions.
* Teach professional video editing and graphic designing techniques.
* Provide hands-on training through real-world projects and assignments.
* Explain editing workflows, visual composition, typography, colour, transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
* Guide students in creating professional videos, social media content, advertisements, posters, thumbnails, and other creative materials.
* Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
* Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, projects, and training materials.
* Keep students updated with current industry trends and creative practices.
* Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
* Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective learning.
* Coordinate with the Academic Head and Management regarding course requirements.
* Support students in developing professional portfolios and industry-ready projects.
## 3. SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
### Video Editing
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe After Effects
### Graphic Designing
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Canva
* CorelDRAW
Knowledge of **Motion Graphics, Basic Animation, Colour Grading, Audio Editing, and Social Media Content Creation** will be an added advantage.
## 4. REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong knowledge of video editing and graphic designing.
* Excellent practical and teaching skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
* Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage students and classroom activities.
* Knowledge of current digital media and design trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
## 5. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
**Minimum Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate
Candidates with a Diploma, Degree, Certification, or relevant qualification in **Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field** will be preferred.
## 6. EXPERIENCE
**Required Experience: 2+ Years**
Candidates should have **2 or more years of relevant professional experience** in Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or Training.
Candidates with prior teaching or training experience will be preferred.
## 7. SALARY & COMPENSATION
**Salary:** To be decided based on the candidate’s **skills, relevant experience, technical knowledge, teaching ability, practical expertise, and interview performance**.
The final salary package will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the selection process.
## 8. ELIGIBILITY
* 12th Pass / Graduate
* Minimum **2+ years of relevant experience**
* Strong practical knowledge of Video Editing and/or Graphic Designing
* Good knowledge of industry-standard software
* Strong communication and teaching skills

* Ability to conduct practical training sessions
* Willingness to work on-site in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

## 10. KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
The Trainer is expected to maintain high-quality training standards, ensure effective student learning, complete assigned training sessions on schedule, evaluate student performance, and help students develop practical, industry-ready skills.
