Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Executive to manage the IT infrastructure and provide end-to-end technical support for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP support, server administration, networking, hardware maintenance, user support, cybersecurity, and backup management to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Management
- Provide day-to-day support for the ERP system across all departments.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with ERP vendors for timely resolution.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Maintain ERP master data and ensure data accuracy.
Server Administration
- Monitor and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Perform routine server health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, shared folders, and user authentication.
- Monitor server storage, system performance, and uptime.
- Coordinate server maintenance, upgrades, and warranty support.
Network & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewall devices.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Configure and monitor network devices and IP addressing.
- Ensure stable and secure network availability across the plant.
Hardware & End User Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, barcode printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
- Manage IT asset inventory and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Backup & Information Security
- Perform and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly data backups.
- Execute data restoration whenever required.
- Maintain disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and operating system updates are current.
- Implement user access controls and password security policies.
CCTV & Access Control Systems
- Maintain CCTV surveillance systems and recording infrastructure.
- Monitor camera functionality and coordinate repairs.
- Support biometric attendance and access control systems.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, server vendors, internet service providers, and hardware suppliers.
- Track AMC renewals, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Ensure timely closure of vendor support issues.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT asset registers, software license records, backup logs, and system documentation.
- Prepare SOPs and maintain IT-related records.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing IT documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
