- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and tools related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern software engineering frameworks.
- Capability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
