Experience: 10 to 15 Yrs
Salary: UP TO 45K
Location: Surajkund road, Faridabad
Key Responsibilities:-
Production Management
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Minimize production downtime and improve productivity.
Quality Control
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to address production defects and corrective actions.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Management
- Supervise production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to employees.
- Maintain discipline and employee engagement within the factory.
Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor raw material consumption and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores departments.
- Control operational costs and reduce wastage.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Prepare production, efficiency, and performance reports for management.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing/factory operations.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and factory operations.
