As a Fund Servicing Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational services related to fund accounting and administration. Your work will have a meaningful impact within our department, as you apply your broad knowledge of fund servicing principles and practices to perform diverse activities requiring analysis and judgement. Job responsibilities

Prepare and/or perform detailed reviews of periodic financial statements and supporting schedules (monthly/quarterly/annual).

Ensure outputs align with the applicable accounting framework (US GAAP and/or IFRS) and fund documentation/client reporting requirements.

Produce disclosure support, roll-forwards, notes support, and tie-outs (investments, income, expenses, capital/share activity, realized/unrealized gain/loss).

Own reporting close timelines, checklists, and cross-team dependencies (fund accounting, pricing/valuations, custody data, corporate actions).

Investigate and resolve NAV/ledger vs. reporting differences; perform reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and reasonableness checks.

Maintain documentation of judgments, exceptions, and adjustments with a clear audit trail.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Strong working knowledge of financial statement preparation and disclosures under US GAAP and/or IFRS.

Strong reconciliation and issue-resolution capability; able to operate independently end-to-end.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- CA / CPA / ACCA (or equivalent) preferred.

Experience supporting global mutual fund clients and coordinating with onshore teams (US/EU) and audit firms.

Familiarity with mutual fund reporting constructs (share classes/series, expense allocations, distributions, holdings reporting per client requirements).

Advanced Excel; exposure to automation/reporting tools (Power BI, Alteryx, basic SQL/Python) is a plus.

Experience with common fund admin/accounting platforms (tailor to your environment).

Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.

10 years of experience in fund administration/fund accounting/financial reporting for mutual funds (service provider experience strongly preferred).
