Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, walk-ins, and references
- Handle customer inquiries and provide project information
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM updates
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
Requirements:
- 2 – 10 years of experience in sales
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Good communication in Tamil & English
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Ability to work in target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in real estate / insurance / banking / luxury sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
