Influencer Marketing ExecutiveJob Overview
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying the right creators, managing collaborations, developing content concepts, and ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Management
- Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Reach out to influencers for paid and barter collaborations.
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Maintain an organized influencer database and campaign tracker.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from onboarding to content publishing.
- Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
- Review influencer content before publishing to ensure it meets brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the creative and performance marketing teams for campaign success.
Creative Direction & Scripting
- Create detailed campaign briefs for influencers.
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, key messaging, and CTAs for influencer content.
- Share creative references, mood boards, competitor examples, and content inspiration.
- Suggest trending reel ideas and content formats relevant to the brand.
- Guide influencers on product showcasing, storytelling, and brand communication.
- Ensure the final content aligns with the approved brief and brand guidelines.
Campaign Analysis
- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare campaign reports and share insights for future improvements.
- Evaluate influencer performance for long-term collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video content.
- Ability to write engaging scripts and creative briefs.
- Familiarity with social media trends and influencer marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with D2C, fashion, beauty, skincare, perfume, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong influencer and creator network.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
