Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the testing and validation of application updates and patches to ensure stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience with software deployment tools and packaging standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve application-related issues.
- Familiarity with operating system environments and their impact on application performance.
- Ability to work with configuration management and version control systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
