Product Data & Catalog Systems
We are looking for a specialist to help implement and improve a structured system for managing product data, images, and customer-specific catalogs across multiple companies.
We manage hundreds of products and thousands of product images and require a reliable system that can:
- Maintain a centralized master product database
- Organize and associate product images with the correct items
- Categorize and itemize products consistently
- Assign selected products from the master database to individual customers
- Support separate product sets across multiple companies
- Improve product search, filtering, and catalog maintenance
- Introduce practical automation where appropriate
The scope may include improving existing processes and implementing a suitable database or catalog management solution. The final system and level of automation will be based on our requirements and the candidate’s capabilities.
Relevant experience may include:
- Product database and catalog management
- Database design and data organization
- PIM or DAM systems
- Airtable, SQL, FileMaker, or similar platforms
- Workflow automation
- Managing large product and image libraries
