Job Summary:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns to drive event registrations, award nominations, delegate attendance, sponsorship sales, and brand awareness for B2B conferences, exhibitions, and award events. The role requires a data-driven marketer who can generate qualified leads, improve campaign performance, and support commercial objectives through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid and organic marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to drive delegate registrations, award nominations, sponsorship inquiries, and exhibitor leads.
- Create and manage B2B content, including email campaigns, landing pages, ad copies, social media content, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Events, Editorial, and Design teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and event timelines.
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and remarketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, lead quality, and customer acquisition costs.
- Track and report on KPIs such as registrations, nominations, sponsorship leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to nurture leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities within the B2B events sector.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend while achieving performance targets.
- Support event promotion activities before, during, and after events to maximize engagement and commercial outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or B2B Event Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and attribution models.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for B2B audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
