Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and hands on Delivery Manager to lead and drive the delivery of key retail accounts.
The ideal candidate must come from a strong IT development background, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects in the Retail domain.
This is a strategic and execution heavy role that requires deep delivery management expertise, strong client engagement, and the ability to scale business revenue.
The role demands experience in managing fixed-price and milestone-based projects with end-to-end accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the delivery of software development projects for major retail clients.
Manage cross-functional development teams to ensure high quality, on time, and within budget delivery.
Lead project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
Take full ownership of client escalations, drive timely resolution, and ensure client satisfaction.
Establish, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships at both operational and leadership levels.
Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in delivery excellence, automation, and process optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, pre-sales, and technology teams to support account mining and business growth.
Mentor and coach delivery teams, and promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and innovation.
Scale delivery operations to support growing project volumes and client expectations.
Engage in budgeting, resource planning, profitability management, and overall client health monitoring.
