Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and manufacturers for various product categories, which include agricultural commodities and Chemical and allied products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and new product opportunities in global markets.
- Support the negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
- Help manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to understand sourcing needs.
- Maintain and update sourcing databases and documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the sourcing team as needed.
Requirements
