Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the assembly line operations in our toy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in production or assembly line supervision and be capable of managing manpower, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day assembly line operations to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure daily output targets are achieved.
- Manage and guide assembly line workers to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs throughout the production process.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain production reports, attendance records, and shift documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Train new operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in production, assembly line operations, or manufacturing supervision.
- Experience in a toy, plastic, FMCG, electronics, or consumer goods manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety practices.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
