Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure compliance and best practices in Workday Advanced Compensation implementations. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement. Technical Experience : Led atleast 1 or 2 end to end full platform implementation projects.Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation and Workday Core Compensation. Experience with configuration, customization, and integration. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is mandatory. Professional Attributes : Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
