About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with strong expertise in Django and React to support our Lead Software Engineer in building scalable dashboards, APIs, and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with AWS services, and a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Django (Python) and frontend applications using React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases to support large-scale applications and data pipelines.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using AWS services such as ECS, Fargate, CloudFront, RDS, and S3.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to modernize existing systems and improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code (preferred), to improve productivity and automation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and system specifications for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Django (Python) and React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS, Fargate, CloudFront, RDS, and S3.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted coding tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
