Senior HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and integrate talent effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate engagement and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Ensure completion of documentation, background verification, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth employee onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and HRMS/ATS knowledge.
- Only Immediate Joiner is Preffered.
- Should be from Medical Background
