- Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations across outlets to ensure consistency in service, food quality, and brand presentation.
- Quality & Hygiene: Uphold strict standards of cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Training & Development: Guide and mentor staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Bar Knowledge: Expertise in bar operations, beverage service, and compliance with licensing requirements is valued.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all outlets align with Zing’s brand identity and customer experience goals.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-driven, passionate about hospitality, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Prior experience managing restaurants or bars is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
