Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bar Executive to oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of beverages, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain beverage menus and promotional offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bar operations, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control.
- Certification in food and beverage service is an advantage.
