We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and fashion-forward Store Manager to lead our designer women’s boutique in Bhopal. Our store specializes in premium bridal and luxury wear, including Lehengas, Sarees, Suits, and Indo-Western outfits.
Key Responsibilities as the Store Manager:
- Handle Daily Operation: You will oversee daily operations which include POS systems, expenses, and daily performance reporting.
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and team motivation.
- Manage Client Relations: Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our high-end clientele.
- Oversee Inventory: You will oversee inventory including stock control, tracking, replenishment, and minimize inventory shrinkage.
Skills Required:
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication with a polite, engaging, and professional demeanour.
- Customer-first mindset: A natural ability to connect with high-net-worth clients and provide a warm, hospitable environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
