Key Responsibilities
- Teach primary classes following the school curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities
- Encourage interactive and activity-based learning
- Monitor students’ academic and behavioral progress
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching young learners
- Basic computer and smart classroom knowledge
