Job Summary
We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to manage sales activities, develop customer relationships, and support business growth at our Madhyamgram branch.
Candidates with experience in banking, insurance, NBFC, financial services, or BFSI sales are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Achieve branch sales and business targets.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing accounts.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and local market activities.
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Convert leads into customers and support customer retention.
- Coordinate with the branch team to maintain good customer service.
- Track sales activities and maintain customer records.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Follow company policies and required operational procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Financial Services, or BFSI is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Candidates who can work from the Madhyamgram office are preferred.
