The Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by handling customer enquiries, lead management, quotation preparation, order coordination, customer follow-ups, and maintaining sales records. The role plays a critical part in converting enquiries into orders and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales personnel, production, and dispatch teams.

- Documentation of day-to-day Sales activities and generated revenue
- Maintenance of the sales reports as per company SOPs
