What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging training sessions in Civil Engineering and construction-related subjects
- Train students in industry-relevant tools and workflows
- Guide learners through practical assignments, case studies, and project-based learning
- Help students understand real-world applications of Quantity Surveying and QA/QC practices
- Develop training materials, assessments, and technical exercises
- Mentor students for career growth and industry opportunities
Technical Requirements
✔ Strong understanding of Civil Engineering fundamentals
✔ AutoCAD – Mandatory
✔ Knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS)
✔ Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation
✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel
✔ PlanSwift knowledge is an advantage
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
Who Can Apply?
- Diploma, B.Tech, or BE in Civil Engineering
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and presentation skills
- Experienced Faculty, Site Engineers, QS Engineers, or QA/QC Engineers looking to transition into training

Work Location: Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram
Work Mode: In-Person
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Additional Benefit:
Employees working on Sundays will be eligible to avail the equivalent working day as a paid leave within the same month, subject to prior approval and operational requirements.
