Job Summary
CADD Centre is looking for an Admin Executive to support the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling general administration, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office support activities.
Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and asset records.
Coordinate with vendors for office purchases and service requests.
Handle courier, travel, and administrative documentation.
Support employee onboarding and office arrangements.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.
Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Administration, Office Administration, or Facility Coordination.
