Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met within defined deadlines and quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships and addressing queries in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility at all times.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination, supporting operational efficiency across departments.
- Regularly track project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and proactively follow up with relevant team members to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication across all levels.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
