Archerio Interiors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in Perinthalmanna. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee all interior fit-out and site execution activities from handover to final handover, ensuring work aligns with company standards.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and implement detailed working drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordination: Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, vendors, and the core design team to ensure smooth workflow and prevent design mismatches.
- Quality Control: Monitor material quality and workmanship continuously to ensure zero compromise on the final finish.
- Timeline Management: Track project progress against schedules, proactively solve site issues, and implement corrective actions to deliver projects on time.
- Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and material tracking sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active experience as a Site Engineer specifically within the interior fit-out, modular furniture, or interior execution sector.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional ability to read, comprehend, and execute architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and detailed interior drawings.
- Soft Skills: Strong site coordination, leadership, and supervisory skills to manage diverse labor teams effectively.
- Problem Solving: Excellent on-the-spot troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected site constraints.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise smoothly with clients, designers, and contractors.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Perinthalmanna and surrounding project locations.
