We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Punjabi Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate effectively with customers in Punjabi, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships with customers while achieving daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Communicate fluently in Punjabi (basic English is an added advantage).
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and close inquiries.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or Excel sheets.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain professionalism and provide a positive customer experience.
