Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Design Engineer with strong expertise in Design Softeares and machine design. This is not a Draftsman position. The candidate must be capable of independently designing, developing, and improving industrial machines and equipment for R&D and manufacturing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop complete 3D models of industrial machines and equipment.
* Create innovative machine concepts for R&D projects.
* Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
* Perform design calculations and component selection.
* Develop machine layouts, fabrication drawings, and production-ready designs.
* Coordinate with fabrication, production, and project teams.
* Improve existing machine designs to enhance performance and reduce costs.
* Support prototype development, testing, and design validation.
* Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety requirements.
Required Skills
* Expert knowledge of ZWCAD (2D & 3D).
* Strong understanding of machine design, fabrication, manufacturing processes, and engineering materials.
* Knowledge of sheet metal, structural design, welding, machining, and assemblies.
* Ability to create complete machine designs from concept to manufacturing stage.
* Strong problem-solving and R&D capabilities.
* Proficiency in Excel and technical documentation.
Qualification
* B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in machine design and product development.
Preferred Candidate
* Experience in industrial equipment, process plants, automation systems, tanks, conveyors, material handling systems, or customized machine development.
* Strong R&D mindset with the ability to convert ideas into practical machine designs.
Important Note
This position is strictly for a Design Engineer / R&D Engineer. Candidates with only drafting experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
