We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with prior HR experience in India to manage recruitment and support core HR operations, including statutory compliance. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, onboarding qualified candidates, and ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and internal referral networks.
- Review and shortlist applications in line with job specifications and organizational requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across departments.
- Maintain and update a candidate database for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners as required.
- Generate and share recruitment status reports with the HR Manager on a regular basis.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and values.
- Assist in HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records management.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate statutory registrations, filings, and compliance-related documentation as required.
- Support payroll inputs and employee-related statutory processes.
- Assist the broader HR team with tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience in India.
- Experience in handling statutory compliance and labor law requirements is mandatory.
- Males candidates preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling employee information.
Working Conditions
- Work From Home (WFH)
- Candidates must be willing to visit the office on a weekly or monthly basis as required for meetings, training, or business needs.
- 6 days per week
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
