Tandoori Chef – Paneer Tikka & Tandoori Chaap Specialist (Veg & Non-Veg)
We are seeking a skilled Tandoori Chef with strong expertise in Indian tandoori cuisine. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in preparing a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoori dishes, with special expertise in Tandoori Chaap, Paneer Tikka, Kebabs, Tikkas, and Indian Breads.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes including:
- Tandoori Chaap (all varieties)
- Paneer Tikka
- Malai Tikka
- Afghani Chaap
- Haryali Tikka
- Veg & Non-Veg Kebabs
- Chicken Tikka
- Seekh Kebab
- Fish Tikka
- Tandoori Chicken
- Naan, Roti, Kulcha & Lachha Paratha
✅ Prepare marinades and ensure authentic taste and consistency.
✅ Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
✅ Manage the tandoor section independently during service hours.
✅ Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
✅ Follow food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tandoori Chef.
✔ Strong expertise in Tandoori Chaap and Paneer Tikka preparation.
✔ Experience handling both vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoori sections.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel kitchen.
✔ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
