Responsibilities:
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using Python programming language.
- Develop web applications and RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and best practices including Python, SQL, HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, Git, and REST APIs.
- Design and develop technical interfaces, application architecture, and software specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC).
- Prepare and maintain Python applications while resolving application defects and performance issues.
- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated test cases to ensure application quality.
- Enhance existing applications by analysing business requirements, preparing implementation plans, and
identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor application health and provide production support when required.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers,
and UI Developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5- 7 years of experience in Python application development.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or Backend Application Developer.
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, LDAP, and SSO.
- Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or UnitTest
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thoraipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
