Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings, and ensure execution accordingly.
- Assist in preparation of project schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS), and resource planning.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities for site teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution as per project timeline.
2. Site Supervision
- Supervise construction activities including excavation, foundation, concrete works, masonry, RCC, plastering, finishing, etc.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with technical specifications.
- Inspect materials delivered to site and verify against quality standards.
3. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and update project milestones.
- Raise and track Requests for Information (RFIs) for drawing or specification clarifications.
4. Quality & Safety Assurance
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks with workers.
- Ensure proper curing, material storage, and site hygiene practices.
- Conduct quality checks for workmanship and material usage.
5. Documentation & Billing
- Maintain site records, measurements, checklists, and logs.
- Assist in preparing running bills and measurement sheets.
- Ensure timely submission of documents for inspection and approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site execution or civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil drawings, materials, and site workflows.
Key Skills:
- Project execution and time management
- Quantity surveying and estimation
- AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of IS Codes and site safety norms
Working Conditions:
- On-site job with frequent physical inspections.
- May require extended hours based on project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
