Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to persuade customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and fix appointments/sales meetings
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Follow up with interested customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluency in English/Hindi/regional language (as required)
Qualification:
- High School / 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
- 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred
