About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the execution of premium residential and commercial building projects in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall planning, execution and delivery of residential and commercial projects.
- Manage project timelines, quality, safety and construction costs.
- Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, architects, PMC and internal teams.
- Monitor civil, structural and finishing works from commencement to handover.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Review project schedules, progress and resource requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and project requirements.
- Drive timely completion and successful handover of projects.
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in construction/project management.
- Strong experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Experience handling large-scale, high-quality construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, MEP coordination, façade and finishing works.
- Excellent contractor and consultant management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Pune-based projects will be preferred.
