Job Description
We are hiring a Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from dealers and clients. This role involves regular field visits, handling collections and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned dealers and clients regularly to collect outstanding payments
- Collect payments through cash, cheque or other approved methods
- Issue proper receipts for all collections made
- Ensure safe handling and timely deposit of collected cash and cheques
- Maintain daily collection reports and update records in coordination with the accounts team
- Follow up with dealers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery
- Reconcile collected amounts with outstanding invoices
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to resolve payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to cash handling and collections
- Maintain professional relationships with dealers to support smooth collection processes
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in collections or a related field
- Strong understanding of collection processes and cash handling
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
