Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support telecom tower operations and maintenance through data analysis and reporting. The role involves monitoring tower performance, analyzing maintenance data, preparing MIS reports, and generating insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze tower operations and maintenance data.
- Monitor uptime, fuel usage, battery health, and performance metrics.
- Create dashboards and KPI reports using Excel and reporting tools.
- Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with field teams for data validation and reporting.
- Support SLA tracking and operational performance analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dashboard creation and reporting automation knowledge.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
- Any degree, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or telecom operations reporting.
- Telecom or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
