Overview Sastorm Software is seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Inside Sales Professional to join our US Sales division. This role focuses on driving B2B growth within the Telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle through Salesforce, and building a robust Partner Portfolio to ensure long-term revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients within the Telecommunications industry using cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Maintain and update all sales activities, customer data, and deal stages accurately within Salesforce CRM.
- Weekly Demo: Convert cold outreach into warm conversations, with a core focus on setting qualified demos on a weekly basis for Account Executives
- 1:1 Email Outreach: Execute targeted outbound email campaigns, sending a minimum of 500 personalized, 1:1 emails per week to key decision-makers.
•Focus exclusively on the US Market, understanding regional business nuances and time zones to maximize engagement.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience in IT Sales or B2B SaaS Sales. (Experience in Telecommunications is a major plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) is Plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a Partner Portfolio.
