About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Support Executive to assist in managing client communication and coordination. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in client servicing, communication, and brand coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and share updates with internal teams
- Coordinate with designers and team members for smooth project execution
- Maintain proper follow-ups and status updates
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Support day-to-day client servicing activities
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Good verbal and written proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
