1. Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and exceed ambitious sales targets by consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue, including upselling and cross-selling.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
- Ensuring that there is a minimum of 50% contribution in enrollments from B2C pipeline in every cohort.
- Responsible for generating a revenue of 3-3.5 Cr for the year 2024-2025 from open programmes that includes comprehensive leadership programmes and topic focused programmes.
- Set and exceed ambitious sales targets by consistently meeting and exceeding quotas with a minimum enrollment of 200-250 Nos from open programmes for the year 2024-2025.
3. Payment Collection and Outstanding Reduction:
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances, working closely with the finance and accounts receivable teams.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Ensuring the productivity matrix (no of dials and talk time) are maintained consistently with a minimum of 120 calls per day and 4 hours of talk time per day.
- Effectively manage and prioritize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, key performance indicators, and opportunities.
